• Where is my money?

If you payment had not reached recipient’s account, there are minimum five reasons you should think about :
  1. You mistyped recipient’s account number (Often some "AutoFill" – like function in your Internet browser automatically fills the "Recipient account" Field with number you have previously used at our site). The worst variant is that there are known Trojan viruses that intercept your output in the "Recipient account" field and replace it to scammer’s account number. Anyway, you should ALWAYS check your with up-to-date antivirial software. As all payments in systems supported by Robox are irreversible, you should think of your funds as of lost forever. Anyway, you should try to recover the funds. Email support@roboxchange.com for actual account number funds were sent, then try to communicate with this account’s owner and ask for the refund. Sometimes honest people do refund mistakenly received money.
  2. You have made the payment to us and then the connection to Robox was for whatever reason lost. In this case Robox will automatically complete operation within 30 minutes, no action is needed.
  3. Receipient do receive the funds but for whatever reason the balance and (or) transaction history of his account had not been refreshed.
  4. Payment gate to the system you sent money (or that system itself) is not accessible for Robox. In this case your funds are held by us, and will be transferred to destination system AS SOON AS the connectivity will go live again. We are continuously monitoring all our payment gates. No actions are needed from your side.
  5. The most unpleasant situation is if you send funds to Robox account (purse) directly, instead of following the procedures at website. In this case we are forced to search for you payment manually, amoung thousands of other payments. Your operation will not be completed, your funds will be returned to you not earlier than 48 hours after your payment. Please NEVER pay directly to Robox bypassing website procedures.

Please always be polite. Remember that your messages are being read not by robot, but human being. Also do remember that Robox is private and we will deny service any person we dislike to service.

• What means "Payment system is not available" and other messages related to some technical problems?

As we know from maths, the probability of fault multiplies in complex systems. And Robox IS complex because it contains software modules that interact with both sending and receiving payment systems and transaction processing kernel itself. So, faults do happen and we are doing our best to prevent them and to make system live if something unpredicted happened. Overall, be patient. All payments will finally go to their destinations :)

• May be your Robox is THE scammer itself? And my money will be gone forever?

Our service was founded in 2002 and had been performed some 3 000 000 (three million!!) sussesful transactions. You can find links to our exchanger at website of every payment systems we are working with, that means that we are always in direct connection and parthership with payment systems we service. You should also check forums and simply search Internet for the references. We are member of GDCA from 2004 without single complain, largest Webmoney exchanger (see megastock.ru) and so on.
Still no trust ? Try to exchange small amounts, check speed and usability that are key features of Robox. Then sit, relax and start exchanging through us :)

• My funds were stolen and exchanged through Robox. What to do?

  1. Immediately call or email us and get details of where funds were sent to.
    Remember, all Robox transactions are automated and immediate. Your funds are not held by us. We cannot stop or reverse the transaction.
  2. Immediately call security department or technical support of payment system where funds had gone, explain the situation, demand to block the receiving account.
  3. Consult your local cybercrime police unit, fill in the complain, act exactly as you would act if your real money were stolen.

• Why you are not exchanging PayPal, StormPay and some others?

We are not servicing exchanges in any system that directly prohibits participation of exchangers or payment integrators. Also we are not servicing exchanges in any system where payments can be reversed.
