To exchange e-currency you should:
Choose which kind of "electronic money" you are going to exchange
Example, to exchange e-currency you should choose "Electronic currency exchange".
Please, choose which kind of "electronic money" you are going to exchange to which and you'll be shown the exchange rate.
Enter the sum you are going to exchange or the sum you want to obtain (if we have any exchange limits you'll see the warming message)
Click "Exchange".
Enter the payment details
On the next page to enter such payment details as:
- the payment details for this kind pair of "electronic money" (for example the account)
- the e-mail to which system shall send you notifications about the state of your exchange operation.
System may ask you to enter the other details like: for example «how you are going to pay?»(using web–interface or using Internet.Wallet) for Yandex.Money.
Be attentive while filling the form. If you make any mistakes while filling payment details(account number for example) we won`t be able to stop or charge back.
Also you can read the terms of "User agreement".
Exchanging e-currency at www.roboxchange.com you confirm that you accept the terms of "User agreement".
Click "Continue".
Check entered data
On the next page you'll see entered payment details. Check them carefully!
You'll see the message that "You should make a payment within 45 minutes". In 45 minutes your transaction will be canceled.
We don't advise you to continue and pay after 45 minutes. If you didn't manage to finish the transaction better begin the transaction again.
Click "Continue".
Pay the ROBOX's invoice
You see the message that you'll be redirected to the website of payment system, you should authorize there.
Next you will be offered to pay the ROBOX's invoice. To make it you should follow every requests and recommendations at the website of your payment system.
If you can't open the website of payment system maybe you've blocked popup windows before or your browser has too high security level.
Temporary allow popup windows for our website (or add our site to the list of Trusted sites if you are going to use our service again).
Set your security level as "medium" on default (for Internet Explorer). For other browsers you should allow the work of scripts, ActiveX elements and cookies.
Never make direct payments to our accounts, it is strongly prohibited!
System will not process your transaction, the system will wait until you pay our invoice. And the exchange would not be completed.
Of course, our Support will find your transaction and send your money back to you, but it is wasting our time. Please, let's save your and our time!
After you pay the invoice system will check the status of your payment. If your payment was received by us, system will send to you the sum of money as it was ordered.
You should back to the opened webpage of our site and click "Next step".
See to the system's information about your transaction
If you transaction completed successfully and there were no any problems (with internet connection, with payment system etc.)
System will show you the page with information about successfully completed transaction.
Or system will show you the status of your transaction.
System will inform you about the status of your transaction. You'll receive 2 messages:
- When system receives e-currency from you (also in the message you'll find a link to your transaction. Using this link you can check the status of your transaction any time you need).
- When your transaction will be completed and e-currency will be sent to your account.
We advise you to write your real e-mail to be sure that you'll receive our messages.
